Ali Azim

Analyst

Ali supports the firm's acquisition efforts across all markets. Prior to joining, Ali has worked with Minmaxx Realty Inc., a brokerage, where he has gained hands-on experience in residential transactions and market analysis. Ali is passionate about bridging real estate practice and capital markets. He has built strong foundations in financial modeling, econometrics, and investment analysis, which he applies to both academic research and practical underwriting. He is also co-founding a real estate mentorship and shadowing startup with peers at Cornell, combining education and industry access for the next generation of professionals.

Ali is pursuing his masters at Cornell University’s Baker Program in Real Estate (MPS-RE), where he will serve as Chair of the EMI Fellowship. He earned his Honors degree in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a licensed real estate professional in Ontario, Canada
