Kenji Ho

Senior Associate

Kenji leads VEIRA’s capital markets initiatives, working closely with equity partners and lenders to finance the firm’s curated developments. He brings a top academic pedigree and an international network of capital relationships to support the execution of projects with precision and creativity.

Prior to joining VEIRA, Kenji was a member of Marcus & Millichap's Global Capital Group, where he supported his team on over $200 million in structured financings and investment sales on behalf of office and multifamily owners in Manhattan. He began his career at a boutique wealth management firm in Singapore, where he advised clients on establishing family offices and managed their investment portfolios.

Raised in Singapore and Hong Kong, Kenji developed a sharp eye for placemaking, luxury design, and community creation. His fast-paced, multicultural upbringing has nurtured his keen understanding of global markets and a passion for the dynamic opportunities that U.S. cities present to both domestic and international investors.

Kenji holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate with a minor in Hospitality Management, which he earned with honors from New York University.
