Nick supports the firm's in all capacities with emphasis on acquisitions and capital markets. Prior to joining VEIRA, Nick gained experience in real estate finance, capital raising, and investment strategy through both academic and hands-on project work.

Nick holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami.
